All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Courses, ebooks, Field Guides, audiobooks and other digital products from The 80/20 Institute and Eighty20 Publishing are delivered immediately after purchase. For that reason we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once delivery begins.

If you were charged in error or cannot open what you bought, email bill@the8020institute.com with your order number and we will fix it.

This policy matches the Refund Policy of The 80/20 Institute.
